In 2001, Duchesne Artists Agency embarked on two new ventures in order to meet the needs of artists wanting to initiate their own projects.
CALLIOPE CREATIONS and D Musicales were conceived to meet these needs.
Calliope Creations and D Musicales’ aims are to:
- Bring artists and producers together
- Instigate special projects
- Initiate co-productions
- Promote and package dramatic and musical works

History |

1991
: D.A.A founded by Nathalie Duchesne, President and agent representing actors and directors.
1995
: Louis Duchesne joins D.A.A as an associate. He is now the Agency’s Managing Director.
1999 : D.A.A. expands operations to represent directors, writers, screenwriters, music composers and art directors.
2001 : Beginning of operations for Calliope Creations and D Musicales, headed by Louis Duchesne. Both companies purposes are to initiate, manage and develop projects by artists represented by D.A.A. As well, Calliope Creations and D Musicales will develop co-production opportunities in North America and Europe.
2002
: Marie-Pierre Coulombe becomes agent representing screenwriters, playwrights, and music composers.
2003
: D.A.A. moves its operations to new offices located at 6031, avenue du Parc, in Montréal.
